HR Staffing Assistant (Contractor)
Job Location: Scottsdale, AZ
Duration: 3-6 months (possibility to extend depending upon business need)

Responsibilities

The HR Staffing Assistant will support the HR Manager and Sr. Recruiter with posting positions on career sites, communicating via phone/email with candidates & new hires, coordinating hiring events, entering data into the ATS, generating open jobs report, gathering data from HR Business Partners to assist in offer formulation, drafting offer letters, compiling and distributing offer packets, initiating Background checks, and distributing new hire notifications to on-boarding team. This person will gain hands-on experience in the HR/Talent Acquisition department and work on the HR Team.

Qualifications

·     AA or AS Degree in Business, Management or Human Resources or equivalent work experience.
·     Minimum 2-3 years Administrative Assistant experience with 1+ years experience supporting an HR Talent Acquisition / Staffing function
·     Familiar with any Applicant Tracking System (ie Taleo, HireSystems, VirtualEdge, PeopleClick, ApplicantStack…)
·     Solid working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel & Enterprise Email systems
