Cost Management Payment Analyst

The Cost Management Payment Analyst ensures appropriate accounting and disbursement of employee relocation expenses per client policy. 
  
Primary Responsibilities
  • Resolve expense report and direct bill “On Hold” issues
  • Ensure “exception to policy” requests are processed within a timely manner
  • Auditing for data integrity of expense reports, direct bills and taxability coding
  • Maintain client requirements and disbursement instruction matrix
  • Provide recommendations for process improvement
  • Make recommendations for policy changes/clarifications
  • Manage timely and accurate deliverables
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 year’s college with focus on Finance or Accounting, preferred
  • Formal accounting education\experience\training a plus
  • Minimum 2 years payroll, accounts payable, expense auditing or other financial transaction processing environment experience
  • Knowledge of government relocation helpful
  • Moderate to advanced knowledge of Excel required
  • Understanding of payroll systems, tax logic, and the relocation process
  • Ability to multi-task and complete projects with limited supervision
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • 10 key and typing proficiency
