Team Leader, Client Services                  
The Team Leader, Client Services provides day-to-day work direction to a team and ensures the delivery of superior customer service and the achievement of performance metrics as stipulated within client service level agreements
Primary Responsibilities 
  • Ensures that Premier Service Philosophy is adhered to in all dealings with clients and assignees and that Premier Service levels are achieved
  • As determined by the Manager/Director, effectively handles a modified caseload to include VIP or specialty files and manages the client relationships on day to day issues
  • Assists in auditing data and reports to maintain data integrity
  • Supports the Manager/Director in all staff training: for example in client policy, scope of services and program types
  • Leads the daily operations of the team as a trouble shooter and subject matter expert for operational questions and customer and client service intervention and
  • Assists the Manager/Director as needed with tasks such as (but not limited to):
    • Supervising the team during Manager’s/Director’s absence
    • Monitoring caseloads
    • Supplier interaction and management
    • Screening and staffing assistance
    • Mentoring direct reports
  • Regional monthly invoice review and correction as required
  • Liaison with fellow regional Team Leaders to ensure best practice, global consistency etc
  • Regional Client contact lead if Global Owner is located in a different region
  • Ownership for regional specific reporting as per client requests
  • Immediate point of regional escalation and resolution prior to escalation to Global owner
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum 3+ years experience in a similar customer service related role, or  2 years experience as a Relocation Consultant (or other department related function) with Global Relocation Services.
  • Excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills
  • Proficiency in speaking and writing English required
  • Additional language capabilities advantageous
  • Proficient in IT applications e.g. Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Ability to manage and resolve conflict
  • Strong ability to analyze problems and make sound decisions to best meet our customers’ needs
  • Ability to handle a fast paced environment and juggle changing priorities
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Some travel to client locations
